Charlie Shah is a partner at Christian & Small with a diverse litigation and business practice.  His litigation practice focuses upon insurance defense and commercial disputes.   In addition to handling a broad range of litigation matters, he also assists clients with contract review and preparation, real estate transactions and business acquisitions.  Mr. Shah focuses his commercial transaction practice on the formation, financing and
